Pistachio Cream

Dessert-like and Easy to prepare, the Pistachio Cream features 1 oz pistachio liqueur, 1 oz brandy and 5 oz vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz pistachio liqueur
  • 1 oz brandy
  • 5 oz vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients briefly at low speed.
  2. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and serve.
