Crickets

A delectable recipe for Crickets made with peach brandy, creme de cacao and vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:
1 jigger peach brandy
2 jiggers creme de cacao
vanilla ice cream

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender with crushed ice. Add enough ice-cream to make the drink thick like a malt. Serves two.

Serve in:
Champagne Saucer
