A tempting recipe for Pomegranate Polecat made with white rum, amaretto almond liqueur, sweet sherry, pomegranate juice and caster sugar.
Ingredients:
1 1/3 oz white rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz sweet sherry
1 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
1 tsp caster sugar
Method:
Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass three-quarters filled with broken ice.
