A tantalizing recipe for Portuguese Daisy made with ruby port, brandy, lemon juice, superfine sugar and grenadine syrup.
Ingredients:
2 oz ruby port
1 oz brandy
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1/2 tsp grenadine syrup
Method:
Pour the port, brandy, lemon juice, sugar and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and pour into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.
