Portuguese Daisy

The Portuguese Daisy — 5 ingredients, tart and refreshing flavors, no unnecessary complexity.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz ruby port
  • 1 oz brandy
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
  • 1/2 tsp grenadine syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour the port, brandy, lemon juice, sugar and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well and pour into an old-fashioned glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.

Serve In
