A tempting recipe for Purple Lei made with Chambord® raspberry liqueur, Malibu® coconut rum and pineapple juice.
Ingredients:
1 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1/2 oz pineapple juice
Method:
Pour all ingredients over ice in a shaker. Shake, and strain into a chilled shot glass.
