Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Raspberry Cream features 1 1/2 oz vodka, 1 1/2 tbsp raspberry yogurt and 1 1/2 tbsp raspberry ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 1/2 tbsp raspberry yogurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp raspberry ice cream
- 1 1/2 oz white creme de cacao
- 2 oz heavy cream
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in an electric blender at low speed.
- Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
