A bittersweet drink with a clean vodka base, the Red Manhattan blends 2 1/2 oz Absolut® Kurant vodka, 3/4 oz St. Raphael® Aperitif de France wine and 2 dashes Angostura® bitters.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz Absolut® Kurant vodka
- 3/4 oz St. Raphael® Aperitif de France wine
- 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
Instructions
- Stir with ice to chill and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a cherry, and serve.
