Roman Punch

This bright recipe combines 1 1/2 liters Champagne, 50 cl dark rum and 5 cl triple sec into a Advanced-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 liters Champagne
  • 50 cl dark rum
  • 5 cl triple sec
  • 3 beaten egg whites
  • 700 g sugar
  • 60 cl orange juice
  • 20 cl lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine and mix all ingredients except champagne and rum in a punch bowl with ample ice.
  2. Add orange slices and the grated zest of one orange.
  3. Add champagne and rum prior to serving.
