Rose de Mai Cocktail

Pineapple juice, raspberry syrup, and cream shaken with ice for a pink, tropical cream cocktail. The raspberry and pineapple combination is bright and fruity, while the generous measure of cream turns it into a dessert-style drink. Served in a cocktail glass with proper presentation.

Ingredients

  • 3 cl pineapple juice
  • 1 – 2 tsp raspberry syrup
  • 6 – 7 cl cream

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, raspberry fruit-syrup and cream with ice cubes in a shaker.
  2. Shake well, strain into a large cocktail glass, and serve.
