A tantalizing recipe for Ruby Port Cobbler made with ruby port, club soda and superfine sugar.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz ruby port
3 oz club soda
1 tsp superfine sugar
Method:
Dissolve the sugar in the club soda in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass. Add crushed ice until the glass is almost full, and stir well. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a slice of orange, and a slice of lemon.
