A yummy recipe for Rum Rickey made with light rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and club soda.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz lime juice
1 tsp sugar syrup
club soda
Method:
Pour light rum, lime juice and sugar syrup into an ice-filled mixing glass. Shake, strain into an ice-filled collins glass, and fill with club soda. Garnish with a wedge of lime, and serve.
