A rich and sweet drink built on smooth rum, the Rum Sunday blends 1 oz dark rum, 1/2 oz sweet sherry and 1/2 oz grenadine syrup.
Ingredients
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz sweet sherry
- 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
- 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream
- 2 tsp overproof rum
Instructions
- Blend briefly all ingredient (except overproof rum) with half a glassful of crushed ice.
- Pour into a collins glass, float overproof rum on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
