Salt-and-Pepper Highball

This tart recipe combines 1 1/2 oz gin, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice and 1 oz simple syrup into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura® bitters

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rimmed, ice-filled highball glass.

Serve In
