The Scotch Rickey is a smoky cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky, juice of 1/2 limes and carbonated water.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
- juice of 1/2 limes
- carbonated water
- lime peel
Instructions
- Pour scotch and juice of lime into a highball glass over ice cubes.
- Fill with carbonated water and stir.
- Add the lime peel/rind and serve.
