A delightful recipe for Sevilla Cocktail #2 made with light rum, tawny port, superfine sugar and egg.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 oz tawny port
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 egg
Method:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass.
