The Southfork Coffee does one thing well: chocolatey with a warming edge. Made with hot coffee, bourbon whiskey, and dark creme de cacao.
Ingredients
- 4 oz hot coffee
- 1 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
- 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
- 2 oz heavy cream
Instructions
- Pour the coffee, bourbon and creme de cacao into an Irish coffee cup or glass.
- Stir well, then float the cream on top, and serve.
