Tart and Medium to prepare, the The Pernod Demon features 1 1/2 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur, 6 dashes Tabasco® sauce and sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur
  • 6 dashes Tabasco® sauce
  • sugar
  • 1 lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Coat the lemon wedge with sugar, and douse with tabasco sauce.
  2. Suck the lemon, and shoot the pernod.

Serve In
