Tomato Cocktail

A classic non-alcoholic tomato cocktail seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. This is essentially a Virgin Mary without the Tabasco — milder and more tomato-forward. A brunch staple that proves tomato juice is a cocktail ingredient, not just a breakfast drink.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 10 cl tomato juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Stir in a mixing glass Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, tomato juice, and a little salt and pepper over ice cubes.
  2. Strain off into a large cocktail glass.

Serve In
