The non-alcoholic version of the Bloody Bull, adding beef bouillon to the standard Virgin Mary template. The bouillon creates a richer, more savory, almost soup-like drink — umami meets the Bloody Mary’s spicy-tart profile. Unusual but surprisingly satisfying, especially on a cold morning.
Ingredients
- 2 oz tomato juice
- 2 oz beef bouillon
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco® sauce
- celery salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Pour tomato juice, bouillon and lemon juice over ice cubes in a collins glass.
- Add sauces, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve.
