This complex recipe combines 1/2 oz apricot brandy, 1 oz fresh orange juice and 2 dashes orange bitters into a Medium-to-make drink.

  • 1/2 oz apricot brandy
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Champagne

Instructions

  1. Shake the apricot brandy, orange juice and bitters with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  2. Top with champagne, garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
