Vermouth Cassis

A yummy recipe for Vermouth Cassis made with dry vermouth, creme de cassis and carbonated water.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz creme de cassis
carbonated water

Method:
Stir vermouth and creme de cassis in a highball glass with ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir again, and serve.

Serve in:
Highball Glass
