Virgin Mary

A Bloody Mary without the vodka — tomato juice, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco over ice. The beauty of the Virgin Mary is that the cocktail’s complex, savory flavor comes entirely from the seasonings, not the spirit. A brunch staple that non-drinkers can order without feeling left out.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz tomato juice
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 drops Tabasco® sauce

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Add tomato juice, then the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Stir and garnish with a wedge of lime.
