Orange juice, lemon juice, and grenadine shaken with ice and topped with ginger ale — the Wavebender is a citrus-ginger highball with a sunset gradient. The grenadine sinks to the bottom while the ginger ale fizzes on top, creating the wave-like color effect that gives the drink its name. Light, refreshing, and prettier than it has any right to be.

Ingredients

1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
5 oz ginger ale

Instructions

Pour the orange juice, lemon juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
Top with ginger ale, stir well, and serve.
