Lemon juice, grenadine, and a dash of bitters topped with ginger ale. The bitters add a grown-up herbal complexity that lifts this above a typical soda, while the grenadine and ginger ale keep it sweet and fizzy. Named for the classic arcade character, it’s as fun as it sounds.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grenadine syrup
- 1 dash bitters
- fill with ginger ale
Instructions
- Add grenadine, lemon juice and bitters to an ice-filled collins glass.
- Top with ginger ale, and slide an orange slice down the side of the glass.
