A great recipe for White Elephant made with coconuts, coconut milk, sugar, white rum, white creme de cacao and crushed ice.
Ingredients:
1 cup moist shredded coconuts
1 cup coconut milk
4 tbsp sugar
6 oz white rum
2 oz white creme de cacao
1 cup crushed ice
Method:
Combine ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth and thick. Serve with a straw, and a garnish of shredded coconut.
