Coconut Shell

The magic of the Coconut Shell is how white rum, creme de bananes, and 2 large coconuts play off each other — the result is rich and creamy and genuinely enjoyable.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz white rum
  • 1 1/2 oz creme de bananes
  • 2 large coconuts
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Drain the coconuts and save the liquid.
  2. Scoop out the flesh and place in a blender.
  3. Add white rum, creme de bananes and milk.
  4. Add 3-4 oz.
  5. of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
  6. Pour back into the coconut shells.
  7. Add more milk (if needed) until a nice consistancy.
