Acapulco Gold

Pineapple juice and coconut cream might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Acapulco Gold makes it work — sun-soaked from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz whipping cream
  • 1/2 oz grapefruit juice

Instructions

Shake and strain into a highball glass with cracked ice.

Serve In
