Alexander Baby

Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Alexander Baby features 2 oz dark rum, 1 oz creme de cacao and 1/2 oz double cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz creme de cacao
  • 1/2 oz double cream
  • 1/2 oz grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Pour the dark rum into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Add the creme de cacao and double cream.
  3. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg on top, and serve.
