Built with dry white wine, pineapple juice, and club soda, the Alhoa Bubbly is a bright and tropical drink that lets each ingredient shine. Best served in a Collins Glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz dry white wine
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz club soda
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Pour the last 3 ingredients in a tall glass and stir well.
- Add crushed ice and the white wine.
- Add some more club soda and stir again.
- Garnish with a strawberry.
