Simple, aromatic and complex, and built from gin, dry vermouth, and peach brandy — the Almond Cocktail is a no-brainer.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 oz peach brandy
- 1 tsp Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
- 1/2 oz sugar syrup
Instructions
- Warm the gin up in a mixing glass and add the brandy, the sugar syrup and 6 almond slivers.
- Chill.
- When needed, pour the chilled mixture over ice into an old-fashioned glass.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
