Apple Blow

If you like your drinks citrusy, the Apple Blow is exactly what you're looking for. Applejack® brandy, lemon juice, and 1 egg white come together in a way that works every time.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Applejack® brandy
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 oz apple juice
  • 6 oz club soda

Instructions

  1. Pour the brandy, lemon juice, egg white, sugar and apple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain over a few ice cubes in a collins glass.
  4. Add club soda, and serve.

Serve In
