Tequila Collins

A delectable recipe for Tequila Collins made with lemons, powdered sugar, tequila and club soda.

Ingredients

  • juice of 1/2 lemons
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 oz tequila
  • club soda

Instructions

  1. Shake with ice and strain into collins glass.
  2. Add several ice cubes, fill with club soda and stir.
  3. Decorate with slices of lemon and orange, and a cherry.
  4. Serve with a straw.
