A tantalizing recipe for Apple Brandy Cooler made with brandy, light rum, dark rum, apple juice, lime juice and sugar syrup.
Ingredients:
2 oz brandy
1 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
4 oz apple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 tsp sugar syrup
Method:
Shake all ingredients (except dark rum) with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a chilled collins glass. Float the dark rum on top. Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.
