Apple Swizzle

A tasty recipe for Apple Swizzle made with apple brandy, dark rum, apple juice, lime juice and sugar syrup.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz apple brandy
3/4 oz dark rum
3 oz sparkling apple juice
1 1/2 oz lime juice
3/4 oz sugar syrup

Method:
Shake apple brandy, dark rum, lime juice and syrup in a shaker and strain into a frosted collins glass almost filled with crushed ice. Swizzle briefly to frost the glass. Add the apple juice, and serve with a swizzle stick and straws.

Collins Glass
