A tantalizing recipe for Apple River made with brandy, brown creme de cacao, vanilla ice cream and crushed ice.
Ingredients:
1 oz brandy
1 oz brown creme de cacao
1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup crushed ice
Method:
Combine the brandy, creme de cacao, ice cream and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a parfait glass. Garnish with half an apple ring, and serve.
