Ingredients
- 1 oz brandy
- 1 oz brown creme de cacao
- 1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Combine the brandy, creme de cacao, ice cream and crushed ice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and pour into a parfait glass.
- Garnish with half an apple ring, and serve.
