A tantalizing recipe for Azuluna made with light rum, Blue Curacao liqueur, pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice.
Ingredients:
2 oz light rum
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
4 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz coconut cream
1 cup crushed ice
Method:
Pour the rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a blender with a cup of crushed ice. Blend well at high speed and pour into a collins glass.
