The magic of the Bavarian Coffee is how peppermint schnapps, Kahlua® coffee liqueur, and hot black coffee play off each other — the result is bracing and genuinely enjoyable.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
- 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
- 5 oz hot black coffee
- 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Add coffee and liquors to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste.
- Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
