The Spanish Coffee #2 is a sweet coffee-tea made with 2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur, 2 oz cognac and 4 oz strong espresso.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
  • 2 oz cognac
  • 4 oz strong espresso
  • 1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix congac, kahlua, and espresso in a parfait glass and stir gently.
  2. Top with whipped cream.
  3. Serve.
