The B&B Collins blends brandy and Bénédictine — the famous French herbal liqueur first produced by Benedictine monks in Normandy in 1510 — into a Collins format with lemon juice, sugar, and soda. The B&B combination (brandy and Bénédictine) has been a classic pairing since the early 20th century, and stretching it into a long, effervescent Collins makes the herbal complexity of the Bénédictine more refreshing and approachable.
