Beige Russian

The Beige Russian replaces the White Russian’s cream with chocolate milk, turning an already indulgent cocktail into a full-on dessert drink. Vodka and Tia Maria coffee liqueur provide the base — Tia Maria, made with Jamaican coffee beans and Jamaican rum, has a deeper, more complex coffee flavor than Kahlúa. The chocolate milk adds both richness and a childhood-nostalgia element that makes this unabashedly fun to drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
  • 4 oz chocolate milk

Instructions

  1. Pour the vodka, Tia Maria and chocolate milk into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well, and serve.
