Ingredients: 1 oz dark rum; 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur; 4 oz cold coffee; 1 oz cream; 1/2 tsp sugar; 1 oz vanilla ice cream

The Big Chill #2 does one thing well: creamy with a rich edge. Made with dark rum, Kahlua® coffee liqueur, and cold coffee.

Ingredients

1 oz dark rum
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
4 oz cold coffee
1 oz cream
1/2 tsp sugar
1 oz vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Pour the dark rum, Kahlua, coffee, cream and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a highball glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes.
Top with vanilla ice cream, and serve.
