The Big Chill #2 does one thing well: creamy with a rich edge. Made with dark rum, Kahlua® coffee liqueur, and cold coffee.
Ingredients
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
- 4 oz cold coffee
- 1 oz cream
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 oz vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Pour the dark rum, Kahlua, coffee, cream and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a highball glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes.
- Top with vanilla ice cream, and serve.
