Big Chill #2

The Big Chill #2 does one thing well: creamy with a rich edge. Made with dark rum, Kahlua® coffee liqueur, and cold coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
  • 4 oz cold coffee
  • 1 oz cream
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 oz vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Pour the dark rum, Kahlua, coffee, cream and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes.
  3. Top with vanilla ice cream, and serve.

Serve In
