There's something satisfying about a well-made Blueberry Rumba. This bright and tropical version uses white rum, dark rum, and triple sec for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1/4 oz triple sec
- 1/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 3/4 oz blueberry syrup
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz lemonade
Instructions
- Shake liquors, syrup and juice in a shaker, and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Add the lemonade.
