A tasty recipe for Bombay Punch made with sweet sherry, brandy, triple sec, maraschino liqueur, Champagne, soda water, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Ingredients:
1/2 liter sweet sherry
1/2 liter brandy
3 oz triple sec
3 oz maraschino liqueur
2 liters Champagne
1 liter soda water
6 oz lemon juice
5 oz sugar syrup
Method:
Add to punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill. Serve with sliced fruit.
