There's something satisfying about a well-made Boston Tea Hardy. This crisp with a minty edge version uses dark rum, orange juice, and iced tea for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz dark rum
- 3 oz orange juice
- 3 oz iced tea
Instructions
- Pour the rum, orange juice and iced tea into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a slice of orange and a mint sprig, and serve.
