A delightful recipe for Bourbon Flip made with bourbon whiskey, egg, superfine sugar, light cream and nutmeg.
Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon whiskey
1 egg
1 tsp superfine sugar
1/2 oz light cream
1/8 tsp grated nutmeg
Method:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, egg, sugar, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
