Tart and Medium to prepare, the Dubonnet Cassis features 1 3/4 oz Dubonnet® French vermouth, 1/4 oz creme de cassis and 2 oz soda.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz Dubonnet® French vermouth
- 1/4 oz creme de cassis
- 2 oz soda
- 1 twist lemon peel
Instructions
- Stir dubonnet and creme de cassis over ice cubes in an aperitif glass.
- Fill with soda, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
