Dubonnet Cassis

Tart and Medium to prepare, the Dubonnet Cassis features 1 3/4 oz Dubonnet® French vermouth, 1/4 oz creme de cassis and 2 oz soda.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz Dubonnet® French vermouth
  • 1/4 oz creme de cassis
  • 2 oz soda
  • 1 twist lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Stir dubonnet and creme de cassis over ice cubes in an aperitif glass.
  2. Fill with soda, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
