A bright and citrusy drink made with elegant brandy, the Brandied Madeira blends 1 oz brandy, 1/2 oz dry vermouth and 1 oz madeira.
Ingredients
- 1 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1 oz madeira
- 1 twist lemon peel
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with cracked ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.
- Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
