A delightful recipe for Brandied Madeira made with brandy, dry vermouth, madeira and lemon.
Ingredients:
1 oz brandy
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 oz madeira
1 twist lemon peel
Method:
Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with cracked ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
