Brandy Julep

The Brandy Julep works as well on a weeknight as it does at a party — crisp with a minty edge flavors and done in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 5 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Place sugar, mint leaves, and brandy in a collins glass and fill with finely shaved ice.
  2. Stir until mint rises to top, being careful not to bruise leaves.
  3. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, orange, or lemon and a cherry.

Serve In
