Bumpo

Gold rum and lime juice might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Bumpo makes it work — bright and citrus-forward from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gold rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 2 oz hot water

Instructions

  1. Add to heatproof cup and allow the sugar to dissolve.
  2. Dust with nutmeg.

Serve In
